A strange combo? Yes. Delicious? Yes! After Saturday morning's run and before bridesmaid dress shopping with the girls, I wanted something with a bit more substance. I was going to make this one with natural peanut butter instead of the almond butter. At the same time I wanted something green for a little detox (after a few glasses of wine on Friday night), so I added a handful of spinach to the mix.
